SL - Longitudinal Welding
Automatic welding machine, with longitudinal
welding, designed to convert two rolls in a mid-pipe tube format or a
pipe tube format. The work speed will depend on the material thickness
and printing type. The material used is bubble plastic and foam.
The machine structure is: 2 roll-handlers, the triangle folding part +
roll handler, the central part with continuous welder, the folding
elements to convert a sheet in two mid-pipe tube format and a rewinder.

- Sheet Cut Machine
Automatic cold cutting machine for
slices with automatic staker WITHOUT NEEDLES. The machine can cut from
1 to 6 sheets at same time.
The machine has a useful width for the soulder
from 1600 mm to 1800 mm,
and it works with Bubble plastic or EPE (FOAM) materials. The cut type
could be transversal or longitudinal.
The machine is composed of roll-handlers (from 1
to 6 spool), the
cutting main part, the stak zone and the output table.

- Perforation Machine

The machine works with a transversal pre-cut in a range from 1600 to
1800 mm. The working speed will depend on the thickness and material

Automatic machine that produces a
folding in the material and rewind it. Notice that this machine can
work with a wide range of products of air bubble plastic and foam. Even
the laminated foam that is thick.
